I've wanted to have a beautiful wooden floor from Cotswold floorings for years and finally the moment arrived and Cotswold floors did not disappoint. From start to finish I was supported and advised, updated on materials and guided on options. The fitting was utterly professional, done exceptionally well and the results? Well I knew they would be good, I didn't realise they'd be breath taking. I'm absolutely thrilled and cannot recommend Cotswold floors enough. This was a significant investment and I can say without reservation, worth every penny.

I cannot recommend this firm highly enough. Throughout the process from selection to completion Robin Lindsay has been unfailingly helpful; he has freely provided invaluable advice. The floor was laid by Pete who was efficient, courteous and did a magnificent job. It is rare to find a firm like Cotswold Floors who do what they promise, when they promised, at the price they promised and are entirely customer focussed.

Nothing too much trouble for this company! We were expertly guided throughout the purchase with no pressure and opted for the fully fitted option all was completed with total professionalism. We are more than delighted with the end result “a total transformation”.

Robin, we're absolutely delighted with the floor and the stunning craftsmanship of Pete. He was an absolute pleasure to be around, incredibly professional, courteous and a real craftsman. I know you reassured us about the quality of the flooring and fitting but it is so pleasing, and frankly refreshing, to have a supplier deliver fully against their commitment.

Always professional, prompt and personal. Another beautiful floor laid by Cotswold Wood Floors this week and we love it! Thanks to Robin, Matt and Pete for their excellent service - we definitely recommend you.

We have just had our flood fitted with cotswold wood floors, Robin is fantastic, very knowledgeable and professional and truly passionate about his work. The customer service is outstanding, our family has used this company a few times and will definitely be using him again in our future projects. Pete the fitter is phenomenal, such attention to detail and excellent quality of work. Highly recommend this duo for a high quality flooring service that feels very much personalised with fantastic customer satisfaction rate.

A huge thank you to Robin and the team for the outstanding service. This hallway is the second floor that Cotswold Wood Floors have fitted in our House. The quality of the flooring, the fitting and the service is first class. It's one thing to be happy with the final result but Robin's knowledge (which he is happy to share and literally guides you through the decision making process to the perfect solution), his flexibility (nothing is too much trouble) and attention to detail really made the whole experience memorable. I can't recommend Cotswold Wood Floors highly enough. 5 stars!

We have just had wood flooring installed in our living and dining rooms and we are delighted with the result. Robin was exceptionally helpful, attentive and flexible throughout the process. The fitter Pete is a skilled and meticulous craftsman who takes a real pride in his work and gets every last detail right. And Matt who helped us with lifting the carpets and furniture moving could not have been more helpful. It has been a real pleasure dealing with the company.

Is a review worthwhile? Well I have often wondered ..... Do I believe the good ones !!! Do I believe the bad ones !!! Are they telling the truth? ....who knows, so why read them? Well this is the truth about Cotswold Wood Floors, believe me. From the moment I walked in the door of the showroom I was impressed by the friendly, but knowledgeable way Robin, the proprietor explained the different qualities of the various products and didn't try to actually "sell" anything to me. Samples were taken home to look at in situ --- very helpful. Robin's communication with updates throughout, were first class. The wooden floor for the hallway was delivered at the agreed time. The floor fitter, Pete, was a true artisan with over 20 years experience. He arrived at 8am as arranged and worked all day alone, explaining the procedures as he worked, if asked. He was very pleasant and a pleasure to have in my home. He wasn't just here for the day, he was here until the job was done, and he left everything clean and tidy..... and finished by 5:00pm.? The finished job looks absolutely first class. Would I recommend them? .... Yes ..... 100% . Thank you for a wonderful job, well done. I just love it.

We were kept fully informed and all dates and times were kept. The fitter was marvellous. I am quite a fussy person and he fitted with expertise, quickly and quietly. He left no mess at all.

We highly recommend Cotswold Wood Floors for the fitting of a parquet floor. The wood is good quality, they arrived on time every day, completed on time and charged as agreed. The work is of a very high standard and we are pleased to say that our new floor is indeed “Exquisite”!
